Sarah Meyer died on March 3rd, 2010. As if on schedule, the snowdrops and daffodils at Summer Cottage chose that week to bloom. Sarah had said many times she was ready for death, ready to be a part of the life-death cycle. The flowers in her garden were a reminder of this cycle. We will announce a garden open day celebrating her life, in late May or early June.
